Lesson Cancellations – All lesson types
If for any reason you’d like to cancel or change your lesson please let us know at least 48 hours before so we may rearrange your lesson. If 48 hours notice is not given, you will be charged for the lesson, or for the test if a test booking is cancelled.
Health And Safety
For health and safety reasons we don’t allow any additional people in the car while giving lessons.
Pre-paid: Block Bookings, Intensive Course
The full fee must be paid in advance.
All lessons must be used within 3 months or they become void and non-refundable.
5-hour and 10-hour block bookings, the 3-hour Refresher Course and the 6-hour Pass Plus course are non-refundable.
The 20-hour block booking and the 40-hour Intensive Course are 50% refundable (less a £65 cancellation admin fee).
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Driving Test
5 Driving School has the final say on whether a pupil is ready to take the driving test, and whether the driving school car can be used.
